Abstract

This study examines the relationship between capital structure, company size, and company value in Pakistani manufacturing industries, with profitability as a moderating factor. Using a sample of manufacturing companies in Pakistan stock exchange, regression analysis reveals the significant impact of capital structure on company value, controlling for company size. Furthermore, the findings indicate that profitability moderates this relationship. The study contributes to the literature by providing insights into the specific context of Pakistani manufacturing industries and offers practical implications for strategic decision-making. Further research avenues are suggested.
