Abstract
The article is devoted to the urgent problem of accounting for labor mobility of personnel as one of the factors in the development of the personnel potential of an organization. The work explores approaches to understanding the essence of labor mobility, identifies the causes and characteristics of labor mobility. Particular attention is paid to improving the efficiency of labor mobility management for the development of the organization's human resources.
